Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the item you ordered, you can request a return or cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, the cost of returning the item is at your own expense. You can find the return shipping rates at the bottom of this page.

The products must be returned in the same condition as when they were shipped and must not be used or worn. If the item is found to have been used or worn, the return may be refused/rejected.

Return conditions:

• The order must be registered within 14 days of receipt via info@maison-miare.com.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Orders outside the return period will not be accepted. Maison Míaré will not reimburse the costs in such cases.
• Items must be unused and unworn. If the item has been used or worn, the purchase amount will not be refunded.
• We do not offer a washing guarantee. Any issues or damages caused after washing our items are the customers responsibility.

Once the return has been approved and received in our warehouse, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

The costs for returning the item are unfortunately at your own expense. The return costs are:

Belgium	approximately €18,95

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the returned products will reach us. Products that are not received by us are the responsibility of the customer. Lost products cannot be replaced or reimbursed.

If you are returning an item worth €75,- or more, we recommend choosing a shipping option with tracking or insurance. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
